Barry was instrumental in the club's early success, winning four league & cup doubles in as many seasons, and was also a part of the team that won the County 5-a-side tournament in 1996.
He was the youngest starter in the team playing at left midfield in the Herts. Junior Cup final, enjoying a momentous 3-0 win over Bennington.
Barry committed himself to the club through the hard, tough season of 97/98, whilst others left the club to play elsewhere. He was rewarded for this commitment with a Division Two league and cup double in 98/99, securing promotion to Division One.
He was a starter in the Division One cup final win over a very fancied Knebworth in 2000/01.
This meant that Barry had participated in all six successful cup finals for the first team since their inauguration, and has six league winners cups in his collection as well.
Barry has once again committed himself to the club for this season, and is currently playing for the first team in midfield alongside Max Blanch and Darren Enifer.
