He was the youngest starter in the team playing at left midfield in the Herts. Junior Cup final enjoying a momentous 3-0 win over Bennington.

1997 / 98

Barry committed himself to the club through this hard, tough season whilst others left the club to play elsewhere.

1998 / 99

He was rewarded for this commitment with a Division Two league and cup double, securing promotion to Division One.

2000 / 01

He was a starter in the Division One cup final win over a very fancied Knebworth scoring the best goal of the game from 35 yards out.

2001 / 02

Barry had another fantastic year for the first team playing alongside Max Blanch and Billy Luscombe in midfield. He was the linchpin in the team's fantastic Division 1 League and Cup double season, made 17 appearances for the team scoring 5 good goals and finishing 5th in the Man of the Match.

2002 / 03

Barry returned for a record equalling 10th season with the club but suffered terribly through injuries. After Xmas 2002 he had only played a few games for the 1st team, choosing instead to take over part responsiblities with Matt O'Dea as 1st team manager. He made eleven appearances, scored one goal and was awarded a second place and third place Man of the Match award.

2003 / 04

Barry took over as manager for the 1st team from Matt O'dea at the end of last season and has made it his goal to turn the team around and make them competitive again.
Barry suffered an injury midway through the season which put him out of the team for eight weeks. He still made a credible fourteen starts, two as sub for the first team. He scored two goals and received two 2nd place and one 3rd place M.O.M. awards.
