Dave joined the club towards the end of the season and enjoyed its many early successes playing at centre back.

1995 / 96

He won 1st team Player's Player honours and with it a Division Two league and cup double and promotion to Division One.

1996 / 97

Dave was instrumental in the club's successful Junior Cup campaign where he started the final at the Centre Back position.

1997 / 98

He won 1st Team Manager's Player honours and the 1st team Man of the Match award, capping an excellent season by winning the Premier league, this says a lot about the superb season he had.

1998 / 99

Dave moved from Centre Back to his now customary Midfield position at the beginning of the year the first team dropped down into Division Two. He had a superb season and once again won 1st Team Manager's Player honours helping the club to a Division Two league and cup double and promotion to Division One.

1999 - 2003

He picked up a knee injury at the start of the 1999 campaign and did not play at all that season. He then toured Thailand, Malaysia and Australia with Chris Kell and Dave Green from April 2002 to April 2003.

2003 - 2004

Dave came back to the first team after two seasons away. He made twenty one appearances for the 1st team to finish second in the table. He scored six goals, including one brace, to also finish second in the Golden Boot table. Dave received one 1st place and one 2nd place M.O.M. award.

Dave made twenty three appearances for the club, six for the 1st team, a club high. He scored thirteen good goals to finish second in the Golden Boot table for the second year running. He was awarded Man of the match points in nine games out of his seventeen appearances for the 1st team, and was a massive boost to the team in their run in to the Division Three League Trophy.

2005 / 06

Dave started the season well playing in the middle of the park and picking up a few MOM points on the way. He was injured soon after Christmas and took over the managerial responsibilities after Tex couldn't get to a few games. He will take up his position as Reserve Team Manager this month and good luck to him, he will need it!
