Vic joined the club as part of the all new 'A' Team in 2002/03. This was his first introduction to adult football management assisting Ken Benbow in the arduous task of helping the youngsters make the big step up to adult football. Vic was only seen at a few games due to other commitments, though he was down as much as he could to see his son playing for the team.
